These Terms govern your access to and use of Room.AI. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. What Room.AI provides

Room.AI helps users create and explore visual concepts for interiors, gardens, building exteriors and related design decisions. Results are conceptual images, not architectural plans, engineering advice, construction drawings, measurements, safety assessments or guarantees.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to accept these terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, sign-in security and activity through your account.

3. Your content

You retain rights in photos, prompts and other content you submit. You grant Room.AI a limited license to host, process, reproduce and transform that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the necessary rights.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, evade usage controls, distribute malware or use Room.AI for unlawful or harmful content.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Available plans, prices, renewal periods and trial terms are shown in the app or relevant store before purchase. Billing, renewal and cancellation follow that store’s terms. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

6. Generated results

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or visually inconsistent. Confirm dimensions, materials, costs, requirements, feasibility, accessibility and safety with qualified professionals before purchasing or construction.

7. Service, rights and contact

Room.AI software, branding and interface are protected by applicable laws. We may update or discontinue features and may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or address violations. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Contact us with questions.
