Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Room.AI account and associated personal information.

Option 1: Delete from the app
Open Room.AI, sign in, open account settings, choose the account-deletion option and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2: Request by email
Email support@wanmeixiangsu.cn with the subject “Room.AI account deletion request.” Use the email connected to the account when possible and include only what is needed to locate it.
What happens next
We may ask you to confirm account ownership. After verification, we process the request within the period required by law, subject to permitted retention for security, fraud prevention, transactions or compliance.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account or uninstalling Room.AI does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Manage it through the store account used for purchase.
