This policy explains how Room.AI collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use its apps, website and related services.

1. Information we process

We process photos, prompts, reference images, feedback and support messages you submit. We may also receive account identifiers, subscription status, device information, diagnostic logs and feature interactions.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide requested generations, operate accounts, deliver purchased features, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, answer support requests, improve Room.AI and comply with legal obligations. De-identified and encrypted data may be used to train and optimize AI models.

3. AI and service providers

Submitted content is processed to generate the result you request. Providers may supply hosting, storage, analytics, support or AI infrastructure under appropriate obligations.

4. Sharing

We may share information with providers acting for us, app stores that manage purchases, authorities when legally required and a successor in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Retention

Account data may be retained for one year after deletion for support and compliance, payment records for seven years and logs for 180 days. Design projects remain until you delete them or the account, unless law requires longer retention.

6. Your choices and security

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing. We may verify identity. We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no method is completely secure.

7. Children, transfers and changes

Room.AI is not directed to children below the applicable digital-consent age. Information may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy and will publish the current version here.
